Hermes Shakvis is a personal automation assistant used by its owner, Syamsul, to manage his own email correspondence and documents: drafting and sending work letters by email, reading his inbox, and writing data into his own spreadsheets and documents.
One person only — the owner of the account it is connected to. It is not offered to the public, there are no other users, and it is not a commercial service. There is nothing to sign up for.
The application is a self-hosted agent running on the owner's own server, connected to the owner's Google account with OAuth. It has no server-side database of user data and no advertising or analytics.
What data it accesses, why, and how it is handled is set out in the privacy policy. In short: it reads and sends email, and edits documents and spreadsheets, only inside the owner's own Google account, and it shares nothing with anyone else.
